I lived in Scotland for just over a year when I was in my teens. I have NEVER felt cold like it during peak winter. It almost hurt to breathe at times 😆Other than that I love the country. Great people and a gorgeous place.

Hi Pepper. What happened to your other dog? We just made our trip back to WA from Yuma after the winter down there. First time driving with car back home instead of motor home. Our kitty did very well. Only one meltdown on last day. It was different though. Have a safe, fun trip.

Hi, It’s great to see the both of you back on the road and especially happier to see you have a new addition, Pepper. 🥰She is adorable. What are you going to do with Pepper if you do decide to go on the cruise? I just came back from sailing on NCL Escape beginning of April and there was a passenger in wheelchair with his dog along with his health care assistant, was surprised to see and happy too to see an animal. I’m an animal lover. The only thing that I did not like was the passenger and his dog were on the 18th deck and the deck floors are hot; enough to fry an egg. I personally introduced myself as well as patting the dog. Per passenger, he says the dog was okay. I just didn’t see a blanket or towel underneath the dog 😢

Maybe it just me, but a dog needs their backyard. I guess I’m old-fashioned. I’ve always enjoyed your videos but now with your sweet puppy, she adds a new element that will be extra interesting to watch. Whatever mistakes you might make with her, just know that when ppl call you out for anything, realize that the person calling you out is likely guilty of what they’re calling you out for. She’s beautiful and please, every day, at least once, let her RUN. Her developing lungs, all her organs and muscles need to be worked for proper development. Much love to you both and Pepper. ❤️

How do you like river cruises compared to big cruising ?? We love big cruising and would like to try a river cruise in another country. I think it would be a great way to see these wonderful European Countries ??

I’ve been cruising for 9 years on my boat with my dog. Take and expose Pepper to everything and work on her obedience. It will make life so much more rewarding. I am able to take my dog everywhere as long as she is allowed…..

My husband and I will be sailing the week of May 20, 2024. Can't wait!

Don't crate Pepper at home. That's horrific for puppies. Just give her at home a quiet special comfy place (bed) to come down, but not closed. Only train crate her (due to security reasons) in a vehicle and start slowly from shorter to longer time periods. I did this with all my 4 dogs 🌈 - they all were in assistance/service/sport and crate in car for transport was okay, but never at home for me. And our actual dog I've only trained for crate in car. It's very important for a dog (especially for a puppy) to have free contact to family at home. All my dogs got an open carton box, where they could went in to relax and went out as they liked to. And my actual dog loves his carton box in house, where he has an additional comfy bed (besides two other beds on terrace and in house) to relax and all his toys around him (some hidden under a blanket 😊). Btw there are countries all over the world, where to crate dogs at home is considered as animal cruelty and violates animal protection law. It is only allowed to transport a dog from A to B. Give Pepper a big hug. ❤❤❤ Have a great RV journey. 🚍

Ugh. The complaints about the food from people who eat the most processes and fast foods in the world! 😂 Like HeLLO! 42% of Americans are OBESE. How can they be the arbiters of good taste? Bwahahahaha. Just okay meaning not loaded with cheese and preservatives. And many Europeans arent complaining about the food. How many different countries in Europe with different foods? Yeah. Cant have cheeaeburgers and mac and cheese and hot dogs all the time on the ship. Stews are great. Its a staple in several European 😊countries.

When you said that the cruise line changed to accommodate a more American palate, that right there is a disappointment to me. What makes Americans the standard of good taste? I've been cruising since 1994 and there have been so many changes and innovations that a relaxing cruise seems to no longer be the pint of cruising. The very definition of cruising is something easy, relaxing. Now it's a race to do as much as one can. Whatever happened to making love in one's cabin as an exciting pastime? I loved the formal nights and easiness of getting to know one's tablemates, discussing the ports of call, etc. Why do Americans insist on doing something on their vacation as they do in everyday life? I want to go on a ship that has its own personality. The Mediterranean culture is older and more storied as well as more sophisticated than the US. Definitely better healthy lifestyle that's emulated. Now I'm imagining the food on MSC will be all about fried and heavily cheesified. Gross. Mediterranean fare is fresher, healthier and reflective in their population of leaner. I don't want another cruise ship to cater to the palate of obese Americans.

So excited your going to be back in the PNW we met you for just a couple moments on top of Astoria Column it was awesome and we couldn't believe how crazy that was the odds of meeting you was like one in a million odds!!
